Q: What are your products?

Q: How long is it before I receive a stainless steel sphere?

A: Sizes not of standard are available bur it costs a fortune. Hence, it is not recommended. With modest money, we could always provide you with approximate sizes.

Q:What are your finish options?

A:Yes, we offer a wide range of options to meet different requirements from our clients regarding size/diameter, thickness, color and material and so on. Options include: stainless 304 and 316 or 201, powder coat, paint, galvanized plate, or natural rust finish. Our powder coated finish has an undercoated zinc plate for outdoor use, which also eliminates the need for maintenance and rusting. 

Q:Is a deposit required?

A:It depends on the price of the purchase. If it is over 10,000 o, then a deposit of 50% of the total sum is required in advance, and the rest could be paid before the products are finished. 

How to fabricate ss sculptures?

1. Custom Stainless Steel Sculptures are specifically made based on our clients’ demand. They are made of either AISI304, 316 or even fiber glass as per your request, so that they could be strong, durable, anti-rust and easy to maintain and clean indoors or even outdoors.

Meanwhile, aluminum, brass, copper or bronze are all available pursuant to your need.

For years, we have had a wide range of sculptures of our own, according to different themes. At present, our clients worldwide are often inclined to their own sparkling innovative works that we will sometimes collaborate or improve on together if needed. Sculptures as such are usually applied in the field of indoor and outdoor decoration as supplementary or further attraction.

2. Our stainless steel sculptures are made in China with superior craftsmanship. Usually, it would requires only a piece of order quantity, mainly depending on the specification of it.

Stainless steel sculptures are mostly opted for due to its persistent resistance to unfavorable external circumstances, including humidity and wind etc. It is also because stainless steel is stable and capable of withstanding stress, remaining unharmed afterwards, it is almost impeccable and surpassed by none.

4. Our stainless steel sculptures often come as a whole, without too much efforts in assembling. Even though for some large sizes, they will be prepared and arranged, if necessary, in such a manner that you could recover their actual shape and size conveniently.

Step 1: Modeling 

By utilizing blueprints or 3D drawings provided by our clients, we initiate the whole design by first using foam, fiber glass or clay as mold for the following procedures, depending on the size, shape, materials and so on.

Step 2: Engineering and Preparing Stainless Steel Sheet

High quality stainless steel is applied in the construction procedure, where we usually use standard AISI/SS 304 Stainless Steel due to its comparatively high cost-effectiveness and practicability among 201 and Marine Grade 316 Stainless Steel Sheet, or specific materials mandated by our clients, say fiber glass or 316. Quality stainless steel is crucial to the whole project,and thus we will choose suitable materials with caution.

After the preparatory process, we will cut the chosen materials into pieces and then bend and shape them according to the mold with the help of certain tools and appliances, such as hammers and plasma cutter. During the process, every pieces of them will posses the rough shape and curve as per the presented design. 

Step 3: Rebar within the Sculpture 

It is  critical to ensure the security of the design. Therefore, rebar or armature is going to made accordingly to fit into the sculpture or to be placed outside the sculpture so that it could within wind, snow, rain etc. It is usually made of steel.

Step 4: Further Enhancing and Polishing

This is the procedure where we are going to attain the exact replica of the design. Since the pieces of stainless steel sheet have been already entitled with the approximate outlook, they are going to be further re-modified, enhanced and honed to perfection.By using several tools and materials, the surface of the sculpture is mirror-polished to flawlessness.

Step 5: Packing

Specifically-tailored wooden box will keep the sculpture safe and intact during transport.
